Please be advised that we only accept Paypal to pay for our merchandises. When you place your order, Paypal will help you through the paying process automatically.

If you are a new customer, we will require your information including name, address, country, phone number, and email for shipping purpose. Please note that we only accept Paypal.

All orders are sent by Air Mail within 48 hours of your purchase, and a set of tracking number is provided for you to follow the status of the shipping.

Expected shipping time usually takes 15~18 working days.

For preordering, please be advised the item that is marked pre-order on the page. When place pre-order, payment will be deducted from Paypal automatically.  The process of pre-order is the same as standard in-stock ordering process.

4.Cancellation Policy

For canceling an order or pre-order, please contact us by email in order to check the order number for further procedure.

We are currently focusing on the Lord of the Ring and The Hobbit series, and all of the characters who had been in the film are taken into our consideration. If you have a preference for any character in mind, please send email to us or leave message at our facebook/website. And we will forward your suggestions to our development team.

After sending out your order, we will immediately provide you the tracking number by email. If you have failed to receive the tracking number within 72 hours of ordering, please contact us directly for confirmation of purchase.

1.If I receive defective products, what can I do?

Asmus offers after-sale service to all of our customers, and we truly hope you are happy with our products.

If it has unfortunately happened, we sincerely apologize to you for receiving products which have any manufacturer’s defect, and we are willing to ship a FREE replacement to you. Therefore, we need you to send email to our Email address-, enclosing pictures of the broken parts in order to clarify the situation.

The process will take up to a few days to examine the problems. Once the examination is concluded, we will reply to you with our solution.
